Applegate Acre Farm Design

This project goal was to design a holistic regenerative farm for a wedding venue. The farm includes spaces to grow food & flowers for use during events. It also includes spaces for guests to explore, and host wedding photos.
Highlights include:

• Rainwater Harvesting pond and diversion swales

• Polyculture Orchard

• Contour Layout of Annual Veggie & Flower Garden zones

• Multifunctional Hedgerow- Windbreak, wildlife habitat

• Composting system for event foodwaste recycling- onsite nutrient cycling
